Brent joined Bi-Petro in January 2026 and serves as Assistant Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 13 years of experience in public accounting and the manufacturing industry. A licensed CPA, he spent seven years in public accounting, developing expertise in financial reporting, audit, compliance, and advisory services. He then spent six years in the manufacturing sector, where he maintained key banking relationships, led annual projection and budgeting processes, optimized cost accounting frameworks, enhanced financial visibility across the organization, and prepared and analyzed detailed financial statements to support operational and strategic decisions.
As Assistant CFO, Brent will focus on overseeing all financial aspects of Bi-Petro and ensuring the company’s financial integrity while supporting long‑term strategic growth.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Professional Accountancy from Illinois State University.
